Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders made prior to 12 PM PST will be shipped on the same business day, while orders placed after this time may not be shipped until the next business day. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, USPS and UPS.

If an overnight order is placed on Friday before 12 PM PST, it will be shipped on the same day. However, the delivery will be scheduled for the following Monday unless the specific Saturday delivery Overnight option is selected.

Please note that only shipping services explicitly mentioning transit times (such as Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) guarantee those specific transit times. Other transit times (like Ground, Priority, etc.) are approximations and aren't assured by either the carrier or us.

Shipping Locations

United States: We currently do not ship to other countries.

United States shipments typically take 1-7 business days based on the customer's location.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Selected items qualify for free shipping on orders over $250.

Orders below $250 pay shipping based on the weight of the package.

Signature Requirements

As we see fit, we can require a signature upon delivery. All packages with a value over $2,000 will be shipped signature required.

If you won't be available for the delivery, you can leave a note for the driver with the tracking number. In the note, request the driver to leave the package at a secure location and sign on your behalf.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email or e-commerce platform used. Be aware that some orders may take longer to be processed depending on the manufacturer.

Late Shipments

Delays in shipment can occur due to weather conditions, which might affect packages even if your area doesn't have weather issues. It's advisable to consider this when planning for deliveries.

Should your package arrive after the expected time, please inform us to facilitate a refund request from the shipping company. Please note that typically, acts of nature like severe weather are not eligible for refunds, whereas instances such as mechanical failures might qualify for refunds. If you paid for shipping and we received a refund, you will also get a shipping refund.

Item Not Received

Should your item be lost and you never received it, please email us so we have time to contact the shipping company. In most cases you will be reimbursed or we will send a replacement. We reserve the right to not issue a replacement or reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.

Order Management

We maintain the authority to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. This decision may be based on various reasons, including but not limited to the availability of the product or service, inaccuracies in the product or service description or pricing, errors in your order, or other valid reasons.

Additionally, we hold the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

Backorders

Should an item become backordered, we will proceed to ship the portion of your order that is currently available in stock and inform you via phone number or email. Once the backordered item becomes available, we will promptly ship the remaining part of your order to you. There will be no additional charges for shipping and handling related to the second shipment.

Sales Tax

SNTRY Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). ALL SALES TAXES SHOULD BE PAID BY CUSTOMERS.
