Opt Out of "Sale"/"Targeted Advertising"

If you wish to exercise more than one of your privacy rights, you are required to submit separate request forms. We are not responsible for requests where you have not completed all the required fields or have not provided information sufficient for us to confirm your identity. We will require you to resubmit a request if we do not receive such necessary information within a reasonable time.

Note that you will receive a verification email to confirm your request after you have submitted the below form. We will not begin processing your request until you have responded to that email verifying your information.

Correction Right: If you are a print or digital subscriber and would like to correct your name, email, phone number, or address, please contact the Customer Service number of SNTRY Supply to which you subscribe. If you are a newsletter subscriber, please unsubscribe with your existing email address and re-subscribe with your new email address.
