Return Policy Overview

SNTRY Supply allows returns for stocked items within 60 days from the original invoice date.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers can submit requests through our website or contact our customer service department:

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any items, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be generated in advance, and RMAs remain valid for 45 days from the date of issue. Materials received without a proper RMA or with an expired RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's cost.

Return Eligibility

It's important to note that returns are applicable only for stocked materials; factory and special ordered items are not eligible for return. Certain products such as safes, key machines, programmers, software, and some electronics may also be ineligible for return, with exceptions at the discretion of the manufacturer and subject to their terms and conditions.

Restocking Fee & Shipping

Approved returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for shipping the items to an approved location at their expense. Shipping labels will not be provided for standard customer returns, and it is recommended to use a ground parcel service and insure the shipment. SNTRY Supply is not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

For defective products: We will pay the return shipping fees, no shipping charges to customers.

Missing Items / Discrepancies

In the event of a missing item or receiving an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or provide compensation for missing items reported after this 48-hour period.

Refund Timeframe

Once SNTRY Supply receives the hardware and the condition of the item is approved, your refund should take 5-7 business days to be processed.

Return Conditions

While return authorizations do not guarantee the final outcome, all returns undergo inspection. Credit is issued only for merchandise returned in brand new, resalable condition, excluding original shipping or handling charges. Items should be in their original factory packaging and free from damage or markings; otherwise, the customer will bear the expense of return shipping.

Funds will be refunded to the method used to make the payment. For example, if you used credit cards, funds would be refunded to your card that was used to make the payment.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims and returns for defective items follow the policies specified by the manufacturer. Product warranties are solely determined by the manufacturers and are subject to their conditions, typically available on their websites or in printed/digital catalogs. Shipping labels and freight credits for warranty claims are contingent upon manufacturer-specific policies and are provided at their discretion.
