The MLRK1-AR (ARLP-UL-M-KIT) is an innovative and durable field-installable motorized latch retraction kit designed for Adams Rite 8000 series exit devices. It incorporates a custom ball screw assembly and a specially designed CAT stepper motor to maximize pulling force while maintaining a compact size suitable for installation in Adams Rite 82/84/86/88 devices without any clearance issues. The installation process is simplified as the only hole required to drill is the raceway. The kit features PTS "Push to Set" technology, allowing easy post-installation adjustments. This next-generation kit also offers an optional integrated REX (Request to Exit) and an overall streamlined installation process.
